Terms of Service
Effective 17 October 2025. Please review these terms before using AnyCameo.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing anycameo.com or purchasing an AnyCameo video you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
2. Video purchases
Each purchase grants you a single personalized 8-second MP4 video for personal use. Pricing is currently $5.00 USD per video. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; receipts are emailed immediately after checkout.
3. Acceptable use
You must not submit prompts that violate OpenAI’s usage policies or local laws, including content that is hateful, sexual, harassing, or encourages illegal activity. AnyCameo reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that breach these standards.
4. Delivery & refunds
Videos are typically delivered within 30–60 seconds. If a video fails to generate or contains a technical defect, contact support@anycameo.com within 7 days for a regeneration or refund. Refunds are not offered for preferences or script changes after a successful delivery.
5. Accounts & security
Guest checkout is available, however you may log in via magic link to view past purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the email account used to access your videos.
6. Intellectual property
Generated videos are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share them on social media, send them to friends, or download them for personal archives. You may not sell, sublicense, or distribute the videos for commercial gain without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
AnyCameo is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the associated video.
